You can't judge a book by it's cover.  In person I come off very differently than I do on line and in cyberspace.  I value my privacy and security.  I am reasonably easy to approach and connect with.  If  you are a serious and knowledgeable  business person in the Pacific Northwest, it's probably not that difficult for you to figure out how to track me down.
In my line of work you have to  walk a fine line between publicity and anonymity, between secrecy and transparency.  I still am, though it is informal and unofficial, a representive of  the US Federal Government.  It is a responsibility I take seriously, even if it is not entirely clear what my role in public life is.  I always keep America's best interests firmly at the top of my agenda.

Regardless of who you are, and what you may have to offer, please feel free to approach me.  We are all equal in this land of opportunity.
